We are getting ready for a HUGE Summer at Strong Girl Squad HQ - with even more new programming for this holiday!
Strong Girl Squad Holiday Club
LIFT OFF! Weightlifting workshops for girls aged 11-16
We are also excited to bring you the Strong Girl Squad LIFT OFF! These two hour-long sessions teach girls the basics of safe and effective weightlifting in an all-girl environment.
No experience is necessary, this would be a perfect first introduction to weightlifting or a chance for a more experienced lifter to get some extra coaching.
RAISING THE BAR - Weightlifting workshops for BOYS aged 11-16
For the first time ever, we are delighted to be offering weightlifting programming for BOYS this summer! These two-hour long sessions teach the basics of safe and effective weightlifting, as well as skills that boys can use in other gym settings or take with them to other sports. Lunch and fun is included, and no previous experience is necessary.
How to book:
If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals, you will receive an email with holiday activity voucher codes from your school. You can follow the link on the email to use the codes to book our club!
If your child does not receive Free School Meals, we have a limited number of paid places available each day. A link will be posted here when the bookings go live on Wednesday 14 June 2026.
